Ahmed Ali Masood Al Hubaishi is a highly experienced international consultant with more than two decades of professional engagement in humanitarian affairs, refugee protection, governance, institutional development, conflict resolution, and community resilience.

He has worked with United Nations agencies, international organizations, governments, academic institutions, and local communities across the Horn of Africa, East Africa, Yemen, and Europe. His experience combines strategic advisory services, programme development, stakeholder engagement, peacebuilding initiatives, and capacity-building support in complex humanitarian and development environments.
